Green Concrete Sawing: We can wet cut your green concrete with ether hard rock or limestone aggregate or use the early entry Soft Cut method with our fleet of concrete saws. Wall Sawing: Houston Sawing and Drilling uses hydraulic wall saws that use a track quick bolted to the wall. We can cut any size opening. Our trucks are self contained with water tanks and hydraulic pump to power the saw, but we also have portable gas or electric power units to get to the hard to reach sites. Core Drilling: We use electric and hydraulic drills. We can core up to 64” diameter holes to any depth. All our trucks are self supporting with electric, water, hydraulic power or we can use portable power units. Wire Sawing: Enables us to cut any size or shape of concrete that might need to be removed. Also, we have the equipment and experience to cut under water. Concrete Grinding and Grooving: Houston Sawing and Drilling offers diamond grinding and grooving for highways, streets, bridges, and airport runways. We offer various sized machines to fit your job conditions as well as self contain water supply and recovering system. Concrete Breaking: No concrete is too thick to break with our hydra hammers, rubber tire backhoe mounted hammer and excavator mounted hammers. We also have hydraulic hammers on skid steer tractors and mini excavators for inside or tight work areas.
Joint Sealing: Our crews can seal your project with ether hot pour rubber, urethane or silicone joint sealants on parking lots, roadways or slabs. Rebar Locate: When your project will not allow for the cutting of rebar or post tension cables, we can scan the concrete to locate the areas that are safe to drill or saw in. Total Lift Out: We have special constructed machines to lift out concrete that has been cut into blocks to speed the replacement of the concrete.
